Do you write only love letters?
Our letters aren’t only for lovers. We have several fun and unique letters for friends, children, family, or co-workers as well. Check out the Gift Certificate Letter, Gift Certificate Postcard, or Raffle Ticket Letter. In addition, in May 2005, we will have Mother’s Day and Father’s Day letters and coming December 2005, we will expand our services to include letters from Santa. After that, we have plans to write other types of letters and announcements as well.Bad Santa Letters include customized personal information from the order form on colorful holiday stationery with a matching envelope. Each letter is signed by Bad Santa himself in real ink and mailed with a free North Pole Alaska postmark and Christmas-themed postage (based on availability). Letters are directly addressed to each recipient with a coloring page and a small "gift" chosen by Bad Santa inside.
Will my letter(s) arrive before Christmas?
Yes! Your letter from Santa will arrive before Christmas as long as you place your order by December 7! Every year we have a few letters that are lost in the mail so if your personalized letter doesn’t arrive at least a week before Christmas, contact us and we will send out another letter right away.
Can I see a sample Santa letter?
Sure! Our sample Santa letters can be located through our Letter Samples button which is on the left-hand navigation on the page.We take Bad Santa Letter orders from July 1st through November 30th of each year. We usually do not take orders into December to help ensure the timely processing and delivery of your Bad Santa Letters. Easter Letter orders will have a deadline posted each year as Easter holiday dates vary from year to year.
When Will You Ship My Order?
Santa Letters, Alaska Cuddle Pacs, Santa Letter/Alaska Cuddle Pac Combos, and Ornaments ship December 1st -10th. Orders received after December 10th, will ship USPS Priority Mail through December 15th. No orders accepted December 16 - January 13.
How old does the recipient need to be in order to recieve a letter from Bad Santa?
We recognize the fact that who you send letters to is ultimately your decision, however, we recommend that recipients of Bad Santa letters be 16 and over.Yes! We aim to provide a quality service and hope that our customers will continue to use us for many years to come. We also hope that customers will recommend our Santa letters to their friends. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with our service then please return your letter to us within 30 days of the letter being sent and we will happily refund your money in full. What is the deadline for ordering?
We take Bad Santa Letter orders from July 1st through November 30th of each year. We usually do not take orders into December to help ensure the timely processing and delivery of your Bad Santa Letters. Easter Letter orders will have a deadline posted each year as Easter holiday dates vary from year to year. Tooth Fairy orders are taken year round so there isn’t a deadline.We have found that many other companies just sell a form Santa Letter and nothing else. Our letters are not typical form letters because they are individualized with the information you provide. We include more than just the child’s name and address. We take pride in knowing that our Santa Letters focus on each child’s accomplishments and uniqueness.We believe it is more important to acknowledge and encourage children as they grow.Our letters aren’t only for lovers.
